Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is not just a matter of arming people with a few measuring instruments; it is the entire philosophy of the company. Being IS0 9001 certified proves that a company quality management system is in requires a commitment to continuous products and process improvement. This begins with our process plan, continues to the production floor with ongoing verifications audits, and carries through to the metrology equipment that provides complete inspection and documentation. None of this is possible without the active and enthusiastic involvement of all employees at all stages of the process. We have fresh certifications, ISO 9001:2000, certificate No. LRQ 4001655.

We have the technologies that allow us to respond to prototype needs both in time and cost. Our software packages import most common platform files. By reverse engineering we can work from a model to produce a part that can be translated to CAD dimensional data. Once the data acquisition is complete we can translate it to our CNC machines for production, or make it available to customers for their own purposes.

Metrology Lab

We have the very latest measuring equipment including a 3D co-ordinate measuring machines, a computerised shadowgraph and surface measurement machine. We have the facility to measure very low pressures. Most of our machines have the capability to produce printed reports, which allows us to certify the product conformance.
